Return Policy
To return merchandise from a RhinestonesU.com web order, please initiate the return within 30 days through your customer account. To return merchandise that was not ordered online at RhinestonesU.com, please CONTACT US.
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging without markings of any kind. Returns must be shipped back to us pre-paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no returns on special order or large quantity orders (quantities over our normal stock levels). Errors in shipping or defective merchandise must be called in within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order.
Wholesale order returns receive an additional 60 days to initiate the return and will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. Errors in shipping or defective merchandise will not be subject to the re-stocking fee.
Initiate Your Return
Within 30 days of purchase, you must initiate the return in one of the following ways.
- From the Orders tab on the My Account screen once logged into your customer account
- From the confirmation email by opening the order confirmation in your browser and clicking “return items” at the bottom of the order
- If you checked out as a guest, an account was automatically created for you. To reset your password, use the “forgot password” link with the email you used for the order. Then, you can login and initiate your return.

Wholesale Returns
Wholesale returns follow our return policy with two exceptions:
- Wholesale order returns will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee
- Wholesale customers have an additional 30 days (60 days total) to initiate a return.
Saleable Condition
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. Saleable conditions are defined below.
- In original packaging without markings of any kind
- In the original quantity purchased (i.e. 10 gross of rhinestones or 1 dozen pair of earrings)- we cannot return partial quantities
Limitations
- Rhinestones Unlimited does not pay the shipping charges for the returned merchandise.
- The original shipping charges for the order are not refundable.
- There are no returns on special order or large quantity orders (quantities over our normal stock levels).
- No clearance
Shipping Instructions
- Once your return is initiated, you will receive the address and shipping instructions
- We do not accept returns that have not been initiated prior to us receiving the product in the warehouse
Any product that arrives in our warehouse that does not meet the requirements listed in this return policy, will be held for one month in our receiving department before being discarded. We will send you an invoice for the shipping charges to return the product to you but will not follow-up before disposing of the product.
Returns due to Rhinestones Unlimited or Shipping Carrier Error
Follows return policy with these exceptions:
- Errors in shipping or defective merchandise must be called in within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order CONTACT US.
- For wholesale returns due to Rhinestones Unlimited or shipping carrier error, there will not be a re-stocking fee
- There will be no charge for shipping of the correct merchandise due to a Rhinestones Unlimited or shipping carrier error however Rhinestones Unlimited will need to charge for the replacement product when shipped
- A credit will be made for the merchandise once the incorrect merchandise arrives back in our warehouse
