Rhinestones Unlimited reserves the right to make changes to RhinestonesU.com, its Terms Conditions and Legal Notices at any time. Each time you use RhinestonesU.com, you should review the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Tampering with the site, the site contents, misrepresenting an account user, or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
Wholesale Account Proof of Business Document Requirement
RhinestonesU.com is a wholesale password protected website that sells to businesses only. Accounts cannot be opened, and prices cannot be seen until we verify that the account is eligible for a business wholesale account. REGISTER your business to start the process of opening your wholesale account with RhinestonesU.com. Orders cannot be processed, and prices online will not be visible without a proof of business document on file. An acceptable proof of business document is a: 1. state or federal tax ID 2. EIN certificate 3. nail technician license 4. tax exemption form 5. d.b.a. certificate 6. sellers permit 7. business license 8. resale license.
Wholesale Quantities
You receive the best wholesale price when you order in full packages, full bolts, or cases. As a service to our wholesale customers, popular items are also sold in small packages or cut pieces. All smaller packages of rhinestones are packaged by weight with approximately 144 rhinestones per gross. The prices for small packages and cut pieces are higher to cover the costs associated with packaging. Wholesale pricing on our website is reserved for registered businesses who have provided a proof of business document.

Daily Order Shipping Cutoff
All available, in stock product which is ordered before 2:00 pm central time, will be sent out the same day. Available, in stock product ordered after the 2:00 pm central time, will be sent out the following business day (Monday-Friday).
Order Changes
If you would like to add-on to an existing order, please call our customer care team at 952.848.0133. We will place a separate order for you and attempt to have it shipped with the original order. Depending on when you call and how long after the original order was placed, the orders may not ship together, and two shipping charges may be required.
If you would like to change a product on your order, please call our customer care team at 952.848.0133. Our ability to change a product on your order depends on when you call and how long after the order was placed. We cannot guarantee changes to your order after the order has started to be processed.
Return Policy
To return merchandise from a RhinestonesU.com web order, please initiate the return through your customer account. To return merchandise that was not ordered online at RhinestonesU.com, please CONTACT US.
Wholesale order returns will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns cannot be processed on merchandise purchased after 90 days. There are no returns on special order or large quantity orders (quantities over our normal stock levels). Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging without markings of any kind. Returns must be shipped back to us pre-paid. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Errors in shipping or defective merchandise must be called in within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order and will not be subject to the re-stocking fee.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered.
Rhinestones Unlimited reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time. Occasionally we need to revoke a stated offer or make corrections after an order has been submitted, after the order has been confirmed or after your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rhinestones Unlimited will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
If an error has been made with your shipment or product delivery we ask that call within five days (5) of receiving your order. Please allow us at least two (2) business days to open an investigation and get a resolution.
Special Orders & Large Quantity Orders
A 50% deposit is required for all special orders and large quantity orders (quantities over our normal stock levels). You will be contacted if you place a large quantity order on RhinestonesU.com that requires a deposit to begin processing. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is cancelled. There are no returns on special or large quantity orders. Delivery time on special order items varies, please CONTACT US.
Color & Size Representation
RhinestonesU.com attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color or the product size, as the display of the color and size depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using, and the quality of renderings and/or product images provided to us by the manufacturers. Some products have color sample cards available for purchase. The color sample cards feature an accurate size chart and samples of the actual rhinestones and are the best way to match colors and sizes.
Order Cancellation by RhinestonesU.com
We reserve the right to cancel an order placed at RhinestonesU.com and/or to limit quantities on an order, without reason. If we cancel your order, we will notify you using the e-mail address and/or phone number provided.
Termination of Use by RhinestonesU.com
Rhinestones Unlimited may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Rhinestones Unlimited reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
By using RhinestonesU.com, you expressly agree that use of RhinestonesU.com is at your sole risk. RhinestonesU.com is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Rhinestones Unlimited cannot warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided or the availability of the products or services offered for sale on RhinestonesU.com.
Under no circumstances shall Rhinestones Unlimited or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use RhinestonesU.com, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from RhinestonesU.com that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. Rhinestones Unlimited has four (4) shipping options which are rated based on delivery time, order size and approx. weight. Domestic customers will be given your actual shipping charge at checkout. RhinestonesU.com offers the following shipping options for the contiguous 48 states.

STANDARD
EXPEDITED
When you choose one of these shipping options, the in-stock items that are ready to ship will arrive within the stated time frame by either United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). If you have a shipping carrier that is preferred or required, please make sure to note this on your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note, packages returned to Rhinestones Unlimited due to incomplete or incorrect information entered during checkout will have additional incurred shipping charges added at the customers expense.
Shipping Terms & Insurance, Domestic
Our shipping terms are FOB origin, Freight pre-paid on all RhinestonesU.com orders. This means that the liability and ownership of goods is transferred from RhinestonesU.com to the buyer at the time the package leaves our warehouse. An insurance purchase changes the shipping terms to FOB destination, Freight pre-paid which means the ownership of goods is transferred from RhinestonesU.com to the buyer at the time of delivery to the destination. Insure your package and receive a FREE GIFT with a value of equal or greater the cost of the insurance!
Backorders, Domestic
If you have ordered an item which is currently out of stock, the order will be shipped at no additional charge as soon as it arrives. The delivery of out of stock items vary, however it may take up to 10 business days for our stock to be replenished and the product to ship out to you. If we anticipate stock replenishment to take longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for further instructions.
Any back-order resulting from your order at RhinestonesU.com will be shipped BEST WAY 3-8 days regardless of how the first order was shipped. For a small fee you can upgrade your shipping to 2-day shipping. There is also an option to upgrade your back-order shipping service to one of our next day/overnight options. Backordered Product Substitution Requests, Domestic
Your final invoice shows any back-ordered products and is emailed at the time of shipping. CONTACT US ASAP if you would like to substitute a different product which is currently in stock. Substitute product will be shipped BEST WAY 3-8 business days at our expense regardless of how the first order was shipped
For expedited shipments; please make note of your wishes for substitution (i.e. substitute another brand, size or color OR hold & call for substitutions) in ORDER NOTES. Please note that by asking us to “hold order & call for substitutions” the shipment of your order will most likely be delayed

Credit Card Payments, Domestic
Orders placed through RhinestonesU.com may be paid with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express and will be charged at the time of checkout. The credit card provided must have the same billing address (where the credit card bill is sent) matching the physical shipping address on the order.
Other Payment Methods, Domestic
Existing customers who have ordered at least 3 times may keep a credit card on file with Rhinestones Unlimited and choose to ship to an address that does not match their credit card address. To use a credit card on file or other payment option (C.O.D. or Wire Transfer) with Rhinestones Unlimited, please select the PREPARE SHIPMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT option and leave a note in the ORDER COMMENTS during checkout. Please note that the PREPARE SHIPMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT option will delay your order processing time.
Order Pick-Up, Domestic
If you are located near our location in Minnesota, you may choose the ORDER PICK UP shipping option and the PAY IN STORE payment option. Orders will take 2 hours to process. Orders after 2:00 central time will not be ready for pick up until the next business day. Please check our hours of operation in CONTACT US.
C.O.D. Payment Option, Domestic
If you require a UPS C.O.D. payment option please choose the BEST WAY shipping option and the PREPARE SHIPMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT, payment option at check out, then contact our customer care team at 952.848.0133. This will delay the processing of your order.
C.O.D. orders will be shipped BEST WAY only. An additional shipping charge will be applied to your order. A $20.00 charge will be assessed on all checks returned for non-sufficient funds. C.O.D. orders will not be shipped until all products are available. You may contact us and request partial shipments however extra shipping charges will apply.
Wire Transfer Payment Option, Domestic
If you would like to pay by wire transfer please choose the BEST WAY or STANDARD shipping option and the PREPARE SHIPMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT option at check out, then contact our customer care team at 952.848.0133.
Wire Transfer orders will be shipped with our BEST WAY shipping option only. When all products are available to ship, we will email you a copy of the invoice with the shipping costs, exact total payment required and wire transfer instructions. We will ship the order as soon as the wire transfer payment is received. Please note that wire transfer payments will delay how quickly your order gets shipped out.
INTERNATIONAL SPECIFIC TERMS

Please choose the International Shipping option at checkout – no shipping charges will appear. We will contact you to with information on pricing and shipping method. Please note that there may be additional charges to your order of taxes and duties depending on your country’s requirements. International orders will not be shipped until all products are available. You may contact us and request partial shipments; however, extra shipping charges will apply.

All orders over $200.00 USD must be paid for by WIRE TRANSFER. For orders requiring a wire transfer, we will email you a copy of the invoice with the shipping costs, exact total payment required and wire transfer instructions. We will ship the order as soon as the wire transfer payment is received.
To pay with credit card for orders under $200.00 USD, please select the PREPARE SHIPMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT option then CONTACT US with your credit card information. Existing customers with an order history may be approved to pay by credit card for orders over $200.00 USD. Please speak with our customer care team to discuss this option.
Wire Transfer Payment Option, International
Wire Transfer payments are required for International orders. Please select the WIRE TRANSFER payment option at check out, then CONTACT US for further shipping and payment instructions.
