BeJeweler® Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

The manufacturer and owner of the products using the brand, BeJeweler® (BeJeweler) is Rhinestones Unlimited at www.RhinestonesU.com. This Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP Policy) was developed to prevent price "wars" and protect both legitimate resellers (Reseller), distributors (Distributor), and their brand BeJeweler. The MAP Policy sets these prices to ensure legitimate Resellers and Distributors can make a profit when selling BeJeweler products.

By purchasing BeJeweler products from Rhinestones Unlimited, all Resellers and Distributors, agree to this MAP Policy as outlined below.

1. MAP PRICE On any/all internet sites, BeJeweler Pro products must be listed at or above the following Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP):

BeJeweler Pro $36.95 USD or equivalent

BeJeweler Pro U.K. $36.95 USD or equivalent

BeJeweler Pro Euro $36.95 USD or equivalent

BeJeweler Pro Down Under $42.95 USD or equivalent

BeJeweler Stone Styler $22.95 USD or equivalent

BeJeweler Pro Classic* $29.95 USD or equivalent

*The BeJeweler Pro Classic is the tool sold in the purple box without the on/off switch. Sales of these tools from Rhinestones Unlimited were made before September 2022. This product is discontinued and can be sold at the lower MSRP price until none remain available in the market.

2. DISCOUNTING Resellers can show online prices higher than MSRP and "discount" the prices to the actual MSRP. If they offer discounts, coupons, and / or promotions, the discounted price must be in listed a private area not available to the public. An example or discounts allowed would be VIP or wholesale online customer accounts that require the customer to LOGIN to see the discounted pricing. Resellers can sell in stores, trade shows and similar physical locations at any price they choose, however their website and any print advertisements must show the full MSRP price.

3. DISTRIBUTION If you resell to companies who resell BeJeweler Products, you are the Distributor and will be responsible for obtaining a signed MAP Policy from your customer, the Reseller. A company or individual can be a Reseller and a Distributor of BeJeweler products.

4. 3^rd PARTY SALES If a Reseller lists BeJeweler products on 3rd party websites (Amazon, eBay, Sears, Wal-Mart, Jet, Rakuten / Buy.com, Overstock, Groupon, etc.) they must notify Rhinestones Unlimited first. These listings must be authorized by Rhinestones Unlimited and sold to Resellers or their Distributor ONLY after they sign this MAP Policy. Listings must use correct descriptions, details, and photos as well as the MAP Policy price. Resellers must use the existing ASIN numbers for Amazon listings. Do NOT include BeJeweler products in Amazon upload files. All BeJeweler Products on MAP Policy pricing must be on an exclusion list.

5. VIOLATION If a Reseller or Distributor violates this MAP Policy, Rhinestones Unlimited will request they cease advertising and selling BeJeweler products in violation of MAP Policy or immediately make the necessary changes in compliance with the MAP Policy. Failure to comply with our requests will result in Rhinestones Unlimited ceasing to accept from and/or ship orders for said Reseller and/or Distributor.

6. EXECUTION In executing this policy, Rhinestones Unlimited will always act unilaterally, and will neither solicit, consider nor agree to any recommendation, request, or demand of any other person. All matters of interpretation and application of the terms of this policy and all matters concerning enforcement of this MAP Policy shall remain with the sole, unilateral authority of Rhinestones Unlimited.
