BeJeweler® Minimum Advertised Price Policy
Purpose of This Policy
The manufacturer and owner of products sold under the BeJeweler brand is Rhinestones Unlimited at RhinestonesU.com. This Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”) was developed to prevent price wars and protect legitimate resellers, distributors, and the BeJeweler brand.
The MAP Policy establishes advertised prices that allow legitimate resellers and distributors to make a profit when selling BeJeweler products.
By purchasing BeJeweler products from Rhinestones Unlimited, all resellers and distributors agree to this MAP Policy as outlined below.
SECTION 01
MAP Pricing
On all internet sites, BeJeweler products must be advertised at or above the following Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP):

*BeJeweler Pro Classic: This is the tool sold in the purple box without the on/off switch. Sales of these tools from Rhinestones Unlimited were made before September 2022. This product is discontinued and may be sold at the lower MSRP until none remain available in the market.
SECTION 02
Discounting
Resellers may display online prices higher than MSRP and discount those prices to the actual MSRP. If discounts, coupons, or promotions reduce the price below MSRP, the discounted price must appear in a private area that is not available to the public. Examples include VIP or wholesale online customer accounts that require the customer to log in before viewing discounted pricing.
Resellers may sell at any price they choose in stores, at trade shows, and at similar physical locations. However, their websites and all print advertisements must display the full MSRP.
SECTION 03
Distribution
If you resell BeJeweler products to companies that will resell them, you are the distributor and are responsible for obtaining a signed MAP Policy from your customer, the reseller. A company or individual may be both a reseller and a distributor of BeJeweler products.
SECTION 04
Third-Party Sales
A reseller must notify Rhinestones Unlimited before listing BeJeweler products on third-party websites, including Amazon, eBay, Sears, Walmart, Jet, Rakuten/Buy.com, Overstock, Groupon, and similar marketplaces. These listings must be authorized by Rhinestones Unlimited and may be sold to resellers—or their distributors—only after the reseller signs this MAP Policy.
Listings must use correct descriptions, product details, photographs, and MAP pricing. Resellers must use the existing ASIN numbers for Amazon listings.
Important: Do not include BeJeweler products in Amazon upload files. All BeJeweler products subject to MAP pricing must be placed on an exclusion list.
SECTION 05
Violations
If a reseller or distributor violates this MAP Policy, Rhinestones Unlimited will request that the reseller or distributor cease advertising and selling BeJeweler products in violation of the policy or immediately make the changes necessary to comply. Failure to comply with our requests will result in Rhinestones Unlimited ceasing to accept and/or ship orders for that reseller and/or distributor.
SECTION 06
Execution and Enforcement
In executing this policy, Rhinestones Unlimited will always act unilaterally and will neither solicit, consider, nor agree to any recommendation, request, or demand of any other person. All matters concerning the interpretation, application, and enforcement of this MAP Policy remain within the sole, unilateral authority of Rhinestones Unlimited.
RESELLER REQUIREMENT
Signed MAP Policy Required
All resellers of BeJeweler products must have a signed MAP Policy on file with Rhinestones Unlimited. Contact us for a PDF copy of this policy or with questions, comments, or requests for additional information.
