Who are these people on the other side of your order, really? I've dug deep with scrutinizing questions, and quote the workers in their own words [with some spelling and grammatical corrections. Also, I have interjected my own comments in brackets]. Read on, dear readers- the sublime exposés will shock and intimidate!

Pet Peeve: Australian and grrrrr. [translation: When people place the origin of Austrian crystal to that continent down under, and just make vague feline sounds when inquiring about a gross of stones, for which the abbreviation is “gr.”]

Best words of rhinestone wisdom: It's only rhinestones! 

How to calm a rhinestone emergency: Phrase to customer, "I understand. Don't worry, we can pretty much make anything happen." 

Don’t be afraid to try: The jewelry on. 

Current color of your toenails, matched to a stone color: Fuchsia 

Activity you would like to try in the rhinestone world: Beading 

Favorite thing about being based in MN: Minneapolis - the food culture [yum] 

Current drink of choice: Coffee

In-house product you think is underrated: Hot fix transfer paper 

The current song playing in your head: Live, "Selling the Drama" (it's on the radio). Oh, now it's Dave Matthews, "What would you say..." 

Three things still on your bucket list: Fish more, learn to meditate (correctly), learn to sew, dye my hair [that's four]

Favorite thing about Rhinestones Unlimited: It's continuously improving 

Ryan Gosling, hot or not? I don't even know who this is - was this the guy married to Kate on the Kate + 8 show? [no]
