How to Order Wholesale from Rhinestones Unlimited

Rhinestones Unlimited is a wholesale distributor of Swarovski®, LUX Austrian Crystal™ and Preciosa® Crystal Components, as well as Acrylic and PriceLess cost-effective crystals. Our prices are published in our print catalog and in our online store (prices are displayed after login into an approved wholesale account). We do this as a safeguard for your business and to give you flexibility in pricing your products. We can tell you, however, our prices are true wholesale prices, and will beat volume discounts offered by retailers. We also offer a Price Match Promise program.

To Apply for an Account

We invite you to apply for an account and login. It's easy—just two steps!

First, send a proof of business or, for non-profit organizations, tax-exempt status. Documents may be emailed to reception@RhinestonesUnlimited.com or faxed to 952.848.0134. Any of the following documents (only one required) is an acceptable proof of business:

  • State or Federal ID
  • EIN Certificate
  • Sellers Permit
  • Business License
  • Proof of tax-exempt status (non-profit organizations)

Second, complete a New Customer Registration form.

Upon receiving your proof of business and your completed online account request, we will email your login information and our wholesale catalogs within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

Three Ways to Place Your Wholesale Rhinestones Order

Once your wholesale account is approved, shopping at Rhinestones Unlimited is easy!

  • Online - Shop our online store at a time that's convenience for you.
  • By Mail/Fax - Print and complete an Order Form (PDF) and mail to 2305 Louisiana Avenue North, Golden Valley, MN 55427, OR fax it to 952.848.0134.
  • By Phone - Have your order ready and call 952.848.0133. If you get our voice mail, you can either leave your order, or request a call back. Your call will be returned the same day if your message is left before 3 p.m. (central time).

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment may also be made by COD; please call for additional details on this option.
