Calling all Costume Designers! 

Apply now for a chance to be 1 of 6 contestants chosen to compete in Sparkle in the Spotlight 2020.  You will design and create a show-stopping costume using Swarovski crystals (provided by Rhinestones Unlimited) for your shot at a $500 prize.
