SHIPPING OPEN- We are shipping everyday Monday-Friday. We have limited staff in the building each day with a MN COVID preparedness plan. Social distancing and sanitizing protocol is being followed.

SHOWROOM CLOSED - Virtual Facetime design consultations available.

PHONES OPEN- We have one person on phones each day from home. Please understand if you get placed on hold while they finish up another call.  You can always email reception@rhinestonesunlimited.com and ask for a return phone call.  Thank-you for understanding.

ORDER PICK UP OPEN  - Payment must be done online and choose "pick up in store" at checkout. Once you arrive, call the store (number will be on the door) and we can offer a no-contact pickup. 

RETURNS- We are asking that no returns are made at this time due to the safety of the UPS delivery drivers and our limited capacity to accept packages into our warehouse. We are receiving and holding all deliveries that were not able to be made to our customers and have been returned to us.  We will only attempt shipping again once we receive confirmation that the business has re-opened. Please call us if you would like us to re-ship your package to the current address or to change the shipping address to your home.

Thank-you for your patience as we forge ahead with limited staff in the building and several staff working from home.  We are committed to the safety of our employees, customers, the many artists and businesses we supply and our own family owned small business.
