Warm colors

Red rhinestones run from Light Siam to deep Burgundy and are the most-ordered color we carry. Pink rhinestones cover the widest range of any family, from pale Light Rose to hot Fuchsia. Orange rhinestones include Hyacinth and Sun, and peach and coral holds the softer warm shades like Light Peach and Padparadscha. Yellow, gold, and brown round out the warm range.

Cool colors

Blue rhinestones are the largest family we stock, spanning pale Aquamarine to navy Montana. Turquoise and teal holds the blue-greens, including Blue Zircon and Caribbean Sea. Purple rhinestones run from Light Amethyst through Tanzanite to deep Burgundy, and green completes the cool range.

Clear, white, and neutral

Crystal clear rhinestones are colorless and fully transparent, the most versatile stone we sell. White rhinestones are semi-opaque and hold their color where a clear stone would take on the fabric behind it. Neutral rhinestones cover the nudes and champagnes used for skin-tone matching, and gray and silver and black rhinestones anchor the darker end.

Finishes and effects

Some families are defined by finish rather than color. Crystal AB is a clear stone with an iridescent aurora borealis coating, while colored AB applies that coating over a colored base. Opal rhinestones are semi-opaque with a milky glow. Shimmer adds a soft sheen, metallic gives a reflective surface, neon stones are opaque and hold saturated color under stage lighting, and multi covers stones with more than one color in them.

Why do rhinestone colors have gemstone names?

Crystal color names come from the gemstones the shades were originally made to imitate, which is why you will find Siam rather than red, Amethyst rather than purple, and Blue Zircon rather than turquoise. The names are consistent across brands, so a Light Siam stone is the same shade whether it is MAXIMA, LUX, or PriceLess.

Do the same colors come in every brand?

Not always. Each brand carries its own color range, and the most common shades appear across all of them while specialty colors may be limited to one. Use the brand filter within a color family page to see which brands stock the shade you want in the size you need.

What is the difference between AB and shimmer?

Both are surface treatments. An aurora borealis coating produces a strong iridescent shift through several colors as the stone moves. A shimmer treatment is subtler, adding a soft sheen without the full rainbow effect. Some stones carry both, which is why you will see names like Light Siam Shimmer AB.

How do I match a rhinestone color to my fabric?
